The new POSCA PENCIL & POSCA PASTEL ranges (currently available exclusively on Easichalk and Cult Pens) complete the POSCA colour collection and work beautifully on a wide range of surfaces. POSCA pens users can have fun and try something new with these new tools. Both POSCA PENCILs & POSCA PASTELs have the same quality you’d expect from POSCA, boasting amazing longevity, usability and, naturally, fantastic colour range and coverage.
MADE FOR ARTISTS
Both mediums have employed the same innovation and attention to detail that artists have come to know and love from the POSCA brand. Available in 36 stunning shades, POSCA PENCILs contain more oil than wax, making the colours ultra deep, punchy and vivid. Their innovative construction means the pencils are sleek and easy to use, sharpen like a dream and don’t crumble or break when a heavy pressure is applied.
POSCA PASTELs are available in 24 intense colours and have been developed with the artist in mind. Their unique formula contains more wax than oil, so colours are vibrant and true with a super smooth finish. This also means they are remarkably clean to use, leaving hardly any residue on the page. POSCA PASTELs are ergonomically designed so they are easier to hold, giving the artist more control. Plus their slim body allows them to be given a super sharp point with a pencil sharpener or blade.

Because POSCA PENCIL & POSCA PASTEL have been constructed with creativity at their heart, both mediums allow the artist to explore a wealth of tried and tested techiques. The artist quality POSCA PENCILs have six levels of intensity and convey a deep, rich concentration on the page. Just like POSCA paint markers, POSCA PENCILs are adaptable; they look great on light and dark papers, as well as wood and card. They can also be used with both water and turpentine to achieve a range of finishes and effects.
POSCA PASTEL colours can be blended and overlaid, you can stipple, colour block, cross-hatch, scratch and outline. Plus you can even heat the sticks to create textured effects. As with POSCA paint markers, POSCA PASTELS can be used on a range of surfaces; check them out on wood, glass and fabric as well as on pastel board and paper.
